Looking for a hands-on, creative job in Sales and Project Management?

Our Sales and Project management team handles incoming sales and rental inquiries, both by phone, email, or in person.

• As part of this team, you will be particularly responsible for supporting the Scandinavian market. Furthermore, you will later get the chance to develop your own portfolio of clients.
• You deal with customer inquiries as a true expert, providing the highest level of service, and developing new businesses for our range of products and services.
• You communicate with clients, head technicians, design and engineering bureaus to discuss on-going quotes, present & future projects and to build long-term relationships.
• You make accurate price estimates, provide and discuss samples and follow up with your customer from quote to order, delivery and after-sales.
• All departments are there to help you with the various production stages: warehouse, sewing workshop, technical team, transport department…
• All in all, in consultation with the client, you find creative, cost-effective solutions for dreams, ideas and challenges, to make sure the looks created are not only beautiful but also efficient and high quality.

CURIOUS HOW WE SEE YOU?

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• A degree in communication, business social or commercial sciences, theatre studies, textiles or design? Interesting! In addition, you have at least a first experience in first-line customer contact in hospitality / tourism / events / architecture / interior / … Of course, we will love you even more if you can blow us away with your technical interests and ability to visualise objects or spaces. Nobody is perfect, so we are eager to get you fully trained at our head office in Belgium. 

PERSONALITY AND SKILLS

• You speak Swedish and English fluently; how else will you pull off those communication and commercial skills?  
• As a quality-oriented and resourceful person, you can organise your work and priorities autonomously. That’s because it’s in your DNA to coordinate an entire project and to get the job done in, at times, a short deadline. Your optimism and hands-on mentality always stand strong, even in stressful situations! 
• You are driven, as well as eager to learn and capable of accurate administrative work.
