With ShowTex firmly established in North America and boasting offices in both New York and Montreal, we are looking for a North American Financial Clerk for our Manhattan office.

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Financial Clerk to join our dynamic team in the heart of Manhattan, New York. This full-time position is perfect for someone with a knack for numbers and a passion for the arts. If you're eager to contribute to the financial health of a company that's at the forefront of creativity, this role is for you.


NOW HERE’S YOUR DREAM JOB

As our Financial Clerk, you'll be an integral part of our finance and accounting department, playing a key role in:

  • Executing invoicing processes efficiently.
  • Providing robust administrative support to the finance team.
  • Collaborating closely with various departments to supply financial information.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements with a keen eye for detail.
  • Work with QuickBooks accounts.

CURIOUS HOW WE SEE YOU?

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A first experience in finance or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of financial operations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, capable of articulating financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  • A proactive, independent work ethic, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
