The Rope Drive motor with Decoupler lets you open and close your curtains motorised when everything is running as planned, and fully manual whenever electricity fails.

How? An electromagnetic clutch automatically disconnects the Rope Drive wheel when the motor isn’t powered, allowing you to move the curtain smoothly by hand at any time. As soon as the motor is running again, the clutch re-engages and your curtain resumes its motorised movement without losing position or needing a reset.

Compact, practical, and easy to integrate, the Decoupler fits perfectly with all ShowTex motorised tracks. It’s a simple, reliable way to keep your curtain moving, whatever happens, and the perfect upgrade for your professional curtain automation system.
