You know those drapes that define a theatre? Or the scenic fabrics that create a mood on stage? That's what we do. Event decoration, trade show displays, fabric reveal systems…? Yup, that too.

You can find ShowTex offices in Europe, the Middle East, North America, South Africa, Asia, and Australia but your home base, our head office is located in Burcht, near Antwerp.

And you? Are you our production & installation technician?

As a technician within our production and installation team, you guarantee a timely, correct, safe and sound preparation, assembly and placement of parts, both in-house and on location. Your main tasks? Working in the technical workshop, preparing items for installations and doing the actual on-site installation as well.

But there is more: as a Technician for the production and installation team, you follow strict safety and quality procedures like no other. You work attentively and very accurately. Even when deadlines are short. When do we meet?

NOW HERE’S HOW WE SEE YOU

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Thanks to your A2 or A3 degree and possible experience in metalworking, electro-mechanics or technical work, you know very well how important punctuality and safety are. But communication as well. That’s why besides Dutch, you have a basic knowledge of English, because your colleagues are international. Are you also the proud owner of a cherry picker or forklift certificate? Those are extra points!

PERSONALITY AND SKILLS

Thanks to your technical insight, you see solutions instead of problems and with that hands-on mentality you can respond flexibly to unforeseen circumstances every day, independently and in a team. You are punctual, eager to learn and think along wherever you can. Your eye for detail ensures that you can work in an orderly and structured way, while always following safety and quality procedures. Your interest in technique and assembly work makes you a perfect match for the technical workshop of ShowTex!
