Sales Executive / Coordinator (Hong Kong)
Are you our new Sales Executive / Coordinator?
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Deal with incoming customer calls, provide the highest levels of customer service, plus proactively develop new business for our range of products and services
- Handle general sales activities including enquiries, price calculation, quotation, order process and document preparation by Microsoft database system
- Learn and promote company product with suitable recommendation to customer
- Assist in delivery and installation schedule and provide after sales support to clients
- Liaise with clients to maintain good relationship and explore future business opportunity
- Cooperate with different departments to ensure the streamlining and efficiency of procedure
- Attend site meetings/surveys, work on-site and live events/exhibition
- Responsible for research and planning of meetings with both potential and existing clients
- Assist in any assigned ad hoc project
- Working location: Yau Tong (5-10mins walk from MTR station)
REQUIREMENT
- Degree holder with solid working experience, candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in theatre / event / textile industry will be an advantage
- Fluent in Japanese with JLPT N2 passed or equivalent is a plus
- Self-motivated, disciplined and proactive personality
- Strong communication and organization skills and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and under-pressure with good team spirit
- Strong passion to develop career in event industry and enjoy facing new challenges
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
