Welcome to ShowTex!
Do you know those drapes that define a theatre? Or the scenic fabrics that create a mood on stage? That's what we do and so much more. Event decoration, trade show displays, fabric reveal systems…? Yup, that too.
As a worldwide leader in inventing, producing and installing highly innovative, flame-retardant textiles and suspension systems, we gladly spend our days tackling the most creative challenges in set building, stage and stand design. You can find ShowTex offices in Europe, the Middle East, North America, South Africa, Asia and Australia. You are based in the United States and have the flexibility to work from one of our offices or remotely, depending on your location and the needs of the role.
The Sales Manager Theme Parks & Attractions will focus on developing ShowTex’s activities within the American attractions industry.

Now roll up those sleeves, it’s time to build the market. As a business development professional, you will actively expand ShowTex’s presence within the attractions and themed entertainment industry. Through networking, targeted outreach, and participation in key industry events and trade shows, you will develop a deep understanding of the market, its players and emerging trends.
You stay closely connected to the industry by following ongoing and upcoming attraction projects, identifying opportunities early in the design and development phase, and maintaining strong relationships with creative studios, designers, suppliers, operators and industry organizations.
You plan and lead meetings with key stakeholders across the industry, where you present ShowTex products and solutions as a trusted specialist. By sharing your expertise, you inform, advise and guide clients in selecting the right materials and systems for their projects, helping shape immersive environments and memorable guest experiences.
Through your market insight and professional network, you play a key role in positioning ShowTex within new projects and partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with theme parks and attraction operators across the industry.

By understanding your clients’ needs and challenges, you enjoy finding creative solutions and positioning the right ShowTex products and systems for each project.
You support your clients throughout the process, from the first conversation to the final proposal, providing the right samples, technical information and marketing materials, and preparing clear and feasible price estimates. Customer satisfaction and long-term relationships are always your goal.
At the same time, you understand that delivering a successful project is a team effort. You work closely with colleagues from Operations, Project Management, Engineering and Production to ensure every project is technically sound, feasible and delivered to the highest standard. By connecting sales opportunities with the expertise of the operational teams, you help turn creative ideas into successful realizations.
Because collaboration is part of our culture, you are never afraid to pick each other’s brain, share insights and involve the right colleagues along the way. Together, we make sure every project becomes a success, for our clients and for ShowTex.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
You have at least 5 years of experience and have an established network in the themed entertainment sector and a proven track record working on theme park or attraction projects, ideally from the project, supplier or technical side of the industry. Your experience and product expertise make you a valuable partner in the continued expansion of ShowTex across the United States.
You will work closely with Theme Parks, creative studios, attraction designers, ride manufacturers, consultants, production companies and operators to identify opportunities where ShowTex solutions can enhance themed environments and immersive attractions.
The role covers projects within Theme Parks, Amusement Parks, cruise ships, zoos, aquariums and other visitor attractions.
