WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You plan the cutting work efficiently, so fabrics and materials are ready exactly when the sewing team needs them.
- You read production job sheets and translate them into the correct cutting instructions.
- You cut fabrics and other materials by hand or using an automated cutting machine, following the specified dimensions, quantities and quality requirements.
- You make the best possible use of each fabric and keep material waste to a minimum.
- You make sure your workstation has the materials you need and keep an eye on supplies.
- You record production data and keep track of where materials are stored.
- You check fabrics for colour, length, packaging and overall quality.
- You spot and report any issues, so they can be resolved in time.
- You collect fabric remnants from completed orders and package them correctly for storage.
- You pack separate sales orders according to the transport requirements.
- You maintain the machines you use in line with the relevant guidelines.
- You help keep the workplace safe, tidy and organised.
CURIOUS HOW WE SEE YOU?
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- You hold a diploma from at least the second stage of secondary education.
- Experience in a sewing, textile or production environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of sewing and textile fabrication is an advantage.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.

- You’re flexible and adapt easily when priorities change.
