Teatro Alla Scala in Milan commissioned ShowTex to produce and install an impressive rectangular non-transparent GiantMirror on wheels launched during the premiere of Mozart’s Don Giovanni opera.
The GiantMirror was revealed by a spectacular Kabuki drop which made the mirror tremble and created almost psychedelic reflection effects.
The mirror was made 100% non-transparent by covering the back of the mirror with black Molton. As the mirror was installed on wheels it seemed to be floating on stage and could easily be removed during the performance.
