Assistant Accountant / Accounting Clerk (Hong Kong)

 

 

 

 

Are you our new assistant accountant / accounting clerk?


YOUR TASKS

  • Daily data entry to maintain accounting/inventory journals, ledgers and other records
  • Complete and process sales invoices and reports
  • Handling accounts payable & receivable
  • Prepare bank reconciliation/receipts, reporting and balancing
  • Assist in weekly salaries, payroll, petty cash/expenses claim
  • Year-end audit/taxation preparation
  • Support in overall administration tasks when required
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required

YOUR PROFILE

  • Graduate in accounting and holder of a LCCI higher certificate
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills
  • Proactive, well organized, detail-minded, independent, hardworking and self-motivated
  • Experienced in payroll and balance sheet accounts
  • Knowledge and experience in handling China accounting are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Navision 
  • Available on short term
