Sales Executive / Coordinator (Hong Kong)

 

 

 

 

Are you our new sales executive / Coordinator

YOUR TASKS

  • Point of contact for our customers, providing the highest level of customer service and follow up after-sales
  • Developing new business for our range of products and services
  • Handling sales activities (incl. enquiries, price calculation, quotation, order processing and document preparation) by a company database system.
  • Learn and promote company products with suitable recommendation to customer
  • Assist in logistics and installation arrangement, coordinate with team to accomplish
  • Cooperate with other departments to streamline productive workflows
  • Attend site meetings/surveys, work on-site and at live events
  • Assist in assigned ad hoc projects

YOUR PROFILE                                                                    

  • Graduate with 3-5 year working experience (candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, strong in communication skills
  • Knowledge about textile or event industry or any related working experience is an advantage
  • Detail-minded, independent, strong analyzing skills and able to work under pressure with a good team spirit
  • Good sales technique and experience to execute presentation and negotiation independently
  • Self-motivated, hard-working and disciplined 
  • Strong passion to develop a career in the event industry and enjoy facing new challenges
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
