7: TRIPLE MOON

The Netherlands
October 2017

During Nicole Beutler's latest performance, three female dancers take the audience along in a ritual for the moon. Nicole combined light, sound and large video projections on black Tulle Aymond Mini by ShowTex to create a dream-like moonscape.

With a mesh size of only 1.5 mm, the projection surface of 180 m2 is virtually invisible to the naked eye as long as there is no light shining on it. Since Tulle Aymond Mini has a unique width of 900 cm, no seams interfere with the projected images. The fine honeycomb structure of the scrim guarantees the most accurate reflections.

7: TRIPLE MOON is the last part of Beutler's trilogy based on the basic shapes of the Bauhaus. Inspired by the spiritual aspects of the triangle, the choreographer evokes the triple moon goddess.
