WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No two days are the same. Together with your colleagues, you turn creative concepts into carefully finished products.
- You prepare workspaces and materials so projects can run efficiently and stay on schedule.
- You create decorative elements based on a design, a brief or a specific idea.
- You cut, stick, glue, fit and assemble different materials to achieve a high-quality result.
- You support the sewing workshop throughout production and help complete jobs smoothly and within the agreed deadlines.
- You contribute practical and creative solutions to technical and visual challenges.
- You carry out quality checks during production, making sure dimensions, finishes, materials and accessories are correct and complete.
- You test finishes and trial setups to check that each project meets the required quality standards.
- You record issues and areas for improvement and help us refine our processes.
- You help with stock management, administrative tasks and keeping project information up to date.
- You check that orders are correct, complete and ready for dispatch.
- You help keep the workplace safe, tidy and organised.
CURIOUS HOW WE SEE YOU?
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience isn’t essential. Your motivation and willingness to learn matter just as much to us.
- Familiarity with drawing or design software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sewing and textile fabrication is a plus.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- You have good numeracy skills and work accurately with measurements and dimensions.

- You’re practical and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
- You work accurately and have an eye for quality.
- You enjoy variety and learning new techniques.
- You plan and organise your work well.
