Resourceful multi-tasker? Even better! In this challenging and hybrid position, no two days are the same. As transport administrator, you’ll follow up in- and outbound shipments, but it does not stop there: you will also lend the sales team a hand with ongoing orders and projects. Variety for the win!
NOW HERE'S YOUR DREAM JOB
As the Transport Administrator of ShowTex, you take care of booking transports with various partners and follow up from booking until delivery. Of course, we will train you for this and teach you all about the world of transport, import and export formalities, packaging and so much more!
Together with the Transport Coordinator, you are the point of contact for both the sales and purchase departments and always happy to help them out with their transport-related questions. As the direct back-up of the Transport Coordinator, you will also take over the responsibilities in his absence. Exciting, isn't it?
Incorrect address, receiver not present, delays, damage? You’re happy to help!
You are eager to lend a hand where needed, so when there is some spare time, you happily assist our international and Belgian sales colleagues with a number of administrative tasks. For example, you create contacts in the ERP system (Navision), you adjust quotations from time to time and you handle simple customer requests like a pro.

PERSONALITY AND SKILLS
- No doubt you speak English, French and Dutch on a fluent professional level, how else will you pull off those communication and organisational skills, but are there any other languages you can surprise us with?
- Not only are service and quality your top priority, but you are also customer-friendly and polite at all times, even when under stress!
- Facilitating and organising is in your blood, you can be helpful and assertive at the same time, dealing efficiently with incoming requests and new situations.
- Of course, you are a born team player, motivated and optimistic. Taking initiative, multitasking and setting priorities have no secrets for you!
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a logistic planning or first-line client support function
