The ShowPipe is a sturdier, anodized extruded aluminum version of the H100 track.

Specifications:

  • The ShowPipe is a black anodized extruded aluminum track based on the geometry of the H100.
  • The track profile can easily slide into our Ø 50mm aluminium construction tubes
  • Rails are available in straight or curved lengths, with curves starting from a 450 mm radius.
  • A ShowPipe rail system can be operated manually by walking along the curtain, by manual rope operation or with a motor.
  • Different types of Runners are available to answer a broad range of needs, including Gliders, ball-raced Runners and Master Carriers with Overlap Arms.

The distance between two suspension points should never exceed 3 m. We recommend suspension points every 1 to 1.5 m.

The stated load capacities apply to the rail only. The load-bearing capacity of the carrying construction (ceiling/truss/…) and all individual mounting accessories must be taken into account as well.

Load capacities have been calculated using Safety Factor 2. Apply the required Safety factor according to the standards pertaining to your application.
