AND YOU? ARE YOU OUR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR?

As our Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and supporting the operational departments In US & Canada to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's activities in the North American Market.

Your main tasks?

  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including transport, warehouse, workshop and installation.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor the operations team, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency and control costs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, advise purchasing needs, and ensure product availability aligns with demand forecasts.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and adhering to operational budgets.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational reports to the management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Project support : Assist with the planning, execution, and coordination of company projects, working closely with sales & project managers to ensure resources are allocated effectively and timelines are met. Provide operational input and support during all phases of project execution, from initiation to completion.
  • Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for operational communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flows between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Coordinate all communications related to operations.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

You have experience in operations management, ideally within the Entertainment production or textile industry, but this is not a requirement. Leadership and coordination experience are essential, with the ability to mentor and manage teams effectively.

The role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate communication across multiple teams and external partners. You can work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and are willing to travel as required.

Your communication skills allow you to speak and write English fluently, ensuring smooth collaboration with both clients and colleagues.

  • Able to autonomously organize and coordinate a project, meeting the deadline set
  • Good budget control skills and capable of accurate administrative work
