For the official launch of the Atlantis Hotel Palm in Dubai, ShowTex provided over 1km of Puccini Velvet, more than 170 pieces of EasyDrape, the velvet draping and main traveller curtain including a Showtrack.

The EasyDrape was used to provide dressing rooms for all the international artists, to control masking and for draping the extensive site. The massive amount of Velours Puccini we supplied had to endure strong summer winds as well as rain for this outdoor event. The main curtain and draping really were an eye catcher.

The opening of this luxurious hotel ended with the largest fireworks spectacle ever: 100,000 rockets were launched.
