Kate Ryan presented her latest album French Connection in the regal Municipal Banquet Hall of Antwerp. An elegant red carpet atmosphere was created using some favorites from the Show Tex Rental collection. The Easy Drape system got the Puccini velvet curtains hung up in a flash for immediate flair. The stage backdrop in black Satinac Crunch took care of colorful kaleidoscopic light effects during the show. The event also marked some important milestones for Kate Ryan. During the evening she was presented with three platinum records from Spain, a gold record from Sweden and a special music award from her Polish record label. The ceremony was followed by a live concert by Kate Ryan to wet the crowd’s appetite for the new CD.
