Yusuf (Cat Stevens) previews Moonshadow the Musical

The musician Yusuf formerly known as Cat Stevens recently made his return to the stage after 33 years. His four city “Guess I’ll Take My Time Tour” commenced in Dublin with concerts planned in Birmingham, Liverpool, and London’s Royal Albert Hall. The British singer/songwriter is playing his all time greatest hits and unveiling his first stage musical called Moonshadow. The set is based on Dogan Ur’s magical illustrations and all stage fabrics are suspended on ShowTex’s HiSpeed roll-up systems. It’s truss mounted and enables super fast drops up to 1,50m/second. Renowned Lighting designer Mark Brickman is designing the stage and lighting. He lit Pink Floyd’s “The Wall” and is currently designing Cirque du Soleil’s new show in Las Vegas.
